Data We Collect

Store domain, installation status, access scopes, and app session metadata
Order IDs, order timestamps, financial status, fulfillment status, totals, discounts, taxes, shipping, and refunds
Product, variant, SKU, quantity, and line-item performance data
Level 1 protected customer data: Shopify customer ID, order count, amount spent, and customer timestamps

Data We Do Not Collect

Customer names, email addresses, or phone numbers
Customer physical addresses, geolocation, ZIP codes, or postal codes
Payment card data, payment details, or customer payment methods

How Data Is Used

Data is used only to provide merchant-authorized analytics, reporting, reconciliation, cohort analysis, and lifetime value calculations for Pixel Theory-managed workspaces.

Storage and Access

Shopify access tokens are stored securely. Access to synced analytics data is limited to authorized Pixel Theory systems and personnel supporting the merchant's analytics workspace.

Deletion and Disconnection

Merchants can request disconnection or deletion by contacting Pixel Theory support. The app also supports Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks for customer data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction.
